Small, focused tools for the fiddly parts of preparing social posts: cropping, safe areas and presentation.

What the tools do

  • The carousel splitter cuts a wide image into slides that join seamlessly when swiped.
  • The safe zone checker shows where TikTok, Reels and Shorts usually place their buttons and captions over a vertical video.
  • The screenshot beautifier puts screenshots on a clean background at the right size for a post.

How they work

Everything happens in your web browser. When you open a file, the browser decodes it and the tool draws the result with the HTML canvas. Exports are created on your device and saved straight to your downloads. There is no server-side processing, no account and no upload step, which also makes the tools fast: nothing waits on a network.

The site is a set of static pages. It works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile. Very large files are limited (80 MB and 100 megapixels for images) so that phones don’t run out of memory.

Limits worth knowing

  • Platform safe zones are estimates. Apps change their layouts, and no platform publishes exact, permanent measurements for every device.
  • Video formats depend on your browser. HEVC and ProRes files may only play in Safari.
  • HEIC photos open in Safari only; other browsers need a JPEG or PNG.

Cropora is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn or X. The tools are free to use. The site may show advertising in the future; if it does, the privacy policy will be updated first.
